tecRoad, Rubbertec’s rubber-modified asphalt, offers unusual and attractive possibilities for use, especially for open-pore and drainage asphalts. Rubber-asphalt technology, known by the CTS process, and already recognised and proven in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for many years, is now available to the whole European market under the brand name tecRoad as the result of a new, innovative production process.

Test results in various European countries clearly show, that this new generation of surfaces has clear advantages compared to previous products based on polymer bitumen. tecRoad reduces susceptibility to the formation of cracks and wheel-tracks, particularly under extreme weather or loading conditions. tecRoad surfaces last longer, and so are less costly to maintain in the medium term.
As an important product innovation for surfacing motorways and other traffic areas, tecRoad stands out for its durability, improved safety, better grip and marked noise reduction. But it also makes an essential contribution to worldwide environmental protection by recycling waste rubber.
