Rubber-modified asphalt – tecRoad
Rubbertec’s first strategic area is the rubber-modified asphalt. Due to a new, innovative Rubbertec production process with the product tecRoad , it is now possible, with the rubber-asphalt technology  known by the CTS process and already recognised and proven for many years, to add the rubber-asphalt granulate – packed in sacks – directly into the asphalt mixers.

Compounds and TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) of rubber flour – tecForm
Rubbertec’s second strategic area is the installation of a compounding facility for TPEs of recycled rubber flours.

The EU environment legislation opens up enormous market potentials for Rubbertec substitution products. As a consequence it is mandatory for industries such as car manufacturing to use recycled materials and components. Thus, Rubbertec substitution products can replace expensive original TPEs and other polymeric materials and at the same time enable great economical and ecological advantages.

The third strategic area in which Rubbertec aims for a pioneering role on the market is the development, production and international marketing of a patented transportation and industry pallet based on the Rubbertec know-how in the compound and TPE material technology.

The big advantages compared to plastic, aluminium and wooden pallets grant the Rubbertec pallets enormous market possibilities and clear the way for better and more sustained solutions in the forwarding and logistics industry.
